Redesign Lab

Send me your site. Get a private redesign demo back.

Free, and you only pay if you want the full build. I redesign the first screen and one key section of your site, show it to you privately, and you decide.

3 open slots this week. Capacity is capped because I review every demo myself.

Request a demo

Ideally an address on the site's own domain, so I can see you are connected to it.

Free: the first screen and one key section, about 20%The redesigned first screen of anhermon.dev, shown as a sample of what a private demo covers
The rest: the full build, only on payment
The rest of this pageThe full design is built and waiting.

Held back until you buy the full build. Blurred preview image, no readable content.

What a private demo looks like. Illustrated with my own site, not a client.
  1. Request

You send the site and consent.

Your URL, a one-line goal and three tick-boxes: that you may ask, that I may email you, and, optionally, that the result may later be shown.

  2. Audit

An objective audit by email, straight away.

Lighthouse on mobile, HTTPS, viewport, page weight, stale copyright year and broken links. Measured, not opinion.

Sample, run on my own site, anhermon.dev

    Lighthouse mobile

Lighthouse 12.8.2, 2026-10-01. A real audit also lists the copyright year and checks links.

  3. Demo

A private demo within about five days.

The hero and one key section, redesigned and running at an unlisted address. It is deliberately limited: a sketch of a direction you can react to, not a finished site. See the before and after below.

  4. Build, optional

The full build happens only on payment.

$50 founding-rate landing page, 5 of 5 seats left. Other scopes on request. Until then the demo stays our work: no source or assets are handed over. See the scope.

  5. Case study, optional

Shown publicly only with your explicit yes.

The tick-box is a preference, not a permission. I ask again, with the finished piece in front of you, before anything goes public.

Before and after

What a redesign changes, shown on my own site.

My own site, version 1 against version 4. Not a client.

Terms and privacy, in short.

The demo is made by an AI-agent pipeline that I direct, review and sign off.
